Order processing

Please allow 2-3 working days for order processing. During sale and peak periods order processing may vary. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way. 

Haven’t received an email after 48 hours? Be sure to check your junk.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and correct as once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.

Order Shipping

We ship from Australia to most countries world-wide via Australia Post.

If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the order will be held until the pre-ordered item/s arrive and then your order will be shipped together.


Shipping methods:

Standard shipping:

Free standard shipping for all orders over $150 within Australia.

For orders under $150, we offer:

Flat rate of $10 for standard shipping (3-5 business days)


Express shipping:

Free express shipping for all orders over $200 within Australia.

For express shipping under $200, we offer:

Flat rate of $15 for express shipping (1-3 business days)

New Zealand shipping:

Orders are sent via Australia Post International and include tracking via your dispatch confirmation email.

Flat rate of $15 for standard shipping (10-15 business days)


International shipping:

We ship internationally to select counties via Australia Post International. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and other charges that are the responsibility of the customer.


International taxes & customs

Storm 5.0 cannot provide refunds for shipments that are refused due to the imposition of additional customs and tax charges. If these charges are not paid, the order will be returned to us, and the customer will be responsible for covering the return expenses. Please we aware that any customs charges paid to receive your order will not be refunded if the order is returned out of timeframes.

Our dispatch and shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak time or carrier delivery issues.

Returns

We want you to absolutely love your Storm 5.0 purchase! If something isn’t quite right, you are welcome to return your order for an online credit note subject to the following conditions:

  • Item/s are returned within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Item/s are returned in original condition- unworn, unwashed with tags attached
  • Item/s are full price

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale item/s as they are FINAL sale, we ask you to please choose carefully before making your purchase.

Please note, all return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer (excluding damaged items or shipping error).

To start a return, please email info@storm5-0.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return. 


Faulty items


Storm 5.0 takes pride in packaging and processing all orders. In the rare chance you received a damaged or faulty item/s, please email us within 24 hours of receiving you order via  info@storm5-0.com along with your order number, photos and details of the fault.
Your item/s will be inspected, and we will offer either a refund, or replacement.
